ONU DOMINATES THE POOL ON SATURDAY

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. - Olivet Nazarene University delivered a commanding performance at the November 8 tri-meet against Illinois Wesleyan University and North Central College, securing victories in both men's and women's dual meet scores.

Men's Results
ONU 170 – NCC 9

Relays

  • Women's 200 Medley Relay: Team A (Inman, Bushey, Osborn, Points) took 1st with a time of 1:52.44.
  • Men's 200 Medley Relay: Team A (Fries, Holwerda, Hoffman, Fincher) won in 1:36.43.
  • Women's 200 Free Relay: Team A (Chandlee, King, Osborn, Points) claimed 1st in 1:42.25.
  • Men's 200 Free Relay: Team A (Fries, Hoffman, Quigley, Karel) dominated with a 1:28.26 finish.

Individual Standouts

  • Aleks Parsetich: Won both the men's 1000 Free (10:11.51) and 500 Free (4:55.23).
  • Grace Barnhart: Took first in the women's 200 Free (1:57.33) and 500 Free (5:13.69).
  • Jack Fries: Captured the men's 50 Free (21.57) and 100 Free (47.89).
  • Mackenzie Bushey: Won the women's 100 Breast (1:08.80) and 200 IM (2:15.99).
  • Alyssa Osborn: Claimed victory in the women's 100 Fly (1:00.22).
  • Jacob Fincher: Took first in the men's 100 Fly (50.12).
  • Luke Johnson: Won the men's 100 Back (54.30) and 200 IM (2:04.24).

The ONU swim and dive teams will take pool next on Nov. 21 in Grand Rapids, Mich.
