
TIGERS KEEP ROLLING; PICK UP WINS OVER PRAIRIE STATE, INDIANA TECH
PARK FOREST, Ill. – The Olivet Nazarene University men's tennis team continued its hot stretch with two more clean 7-0 wins over Prairie State and Indiana Tech this weekend at the Park Forest Tennis & Health Club.
The wins marked the third and fourth consecutive 7-0 wins for ONU and improved them to 9-3 on the season.
The Tigers swept all nine matches in Friday's win over Prairie State, claiming all three doubles matches and all six singles rounds. ONU followed up with eight wins in nine of the matches in the win against Indiana Tech, who entered the match ranked 49th in the NAIA rankings.
Chatton Haws picked up wins in the top singles match on both days. He also won both doubles matches with his partner Andres Viedma. Paul Saleh, David Toledo, and Viedo won all of their singles matches in straight sets.
ONU will close out its non-conference slate with matches against Concordia (Wis.) and UW-Stevens Point Saturday.
