WILMINGTON, Ill. – Three Tigers finished inside the top 10 to lead the Olivet Nazarene University women's golf team to a runner-up finish at their home meet, the Bill Johnson Memorial, played Monday and Tuesday at the Cinder Ridge Golf Course.

Lizzie Howard was the team's top finisher, nearly missing the all-tournament team after carding an 80 in Monday's round followed by an 84 to finish in a tie for sixth place with a 164. Mya Jones was one stroke behind her teammate, shooting an 81 and an 84 for a 165 and sole possession of eighth place. Taylor Ice tied for ninth after carding an 80 and an 86 for a final score of 166.

Bella Rosado rounded out the ONU scoring with a 178, carding an 86 and a 92 to tie for 15th place. Amelia Birge was one of the few players in the field to improve her score from Monday to Tuesday, starting with a 90 before closing with an 89 for her 179.

Four other Tigers played as individuals. Jasmine Essington (108-89) and Alexa Scalise (98-99) led that group with 197s. Also competing were Lauren Fox (95-111) and Paige Stoelzle (117-115).
