
TIGERS ROLL INTO OUTDOOR SEASON AT CHICAGOLAND INVITATIONAL
CHICAGO, Ill. – After a stellar indoor season that resulted in two conference crowns and a top-10 women's finish at the indoor national championships, the Olivet Nazarene University men's and women's track & field teams rolled into their outdoor seasons at the Chicagoland Invitational Friday and Saturday.
Haylee Whitcraft highlighted the weekend with a B-standard performance in the javelin. The freshman from Spring Hill, Kan., hit a mark of 41.98m to place runner-up at the opening meet.
Braden Kehr and Brandon Armendarez led the way on the men's side, picking up first-place finishes in their respective meets. The former placed first in the javelin at 50.55m, while the latter won the 1500m run with a time of 15:07.11.
