EISENMANN HEADLINES THE CCAC POSTSEASON AWARDS WITH SIX TIGERS NAMED
CHICAGO, Ill. – The No.17 Olivet Nazarene men's soccer players were awarded a conference-best six positions in the 2022 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference postseason awards. Justin Eisenmann received the conference's highest player achievement award as this season's CCAC Player of the Year. Eisenmann, Max Jasper, Nick Kilian, and Fabio Hasler were tabbed with First-Team honors while Alexis Mancera and Maarten Gravekamp were named to the Second Team.
Eisenmann received the CCAC Player of the Year award for the first time in his career. He is the second Tiger to win the award and the first since Blake Van Bruggen won it in 2016 under head coach David Blahnik. Eisenmann was named Second-Team All-Conference and awarded Second-Team CoSIDA Academic All-America last season. This season, the junior attacker finished with a conference-best 13 goals, 12 assists, and 38 points. He led the team with five game-winning goals which included the deciding goals in the CCAC Tournament Final and Semifinal last week. The German native's best performances came in back-to-back matches where he scored a hat trick in a 4-1 win over St. Ambrose followed by a two-goal and two-assist performance to down Trinity Christian 7-0 the following game. These outings led to the attacker being named CCAC Offensive Player of the Week on Sep. 20.
Jasper, Kilian, and Hasler each returned to All-Conference recognition from a season ago. Jasper has been a First-Team recipient for the third consecutive season and was an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention last year. The attacker from The Netherlands accumulated 10 goals and nine assist this season and for his career is second all-time with 52 goals and tied for fifth all-time with 22 assists. Kilian is a First-Team recipient in back-to-back seasons and also an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention last fall. The Junior totaled eight assists this year and is currently the leader in assists in ONU program history with 31. He was named CCAC Defensive Player of the Week on Sep. 6 after registering an assist and a goal against Iowa Wesleyan. Hasler is a First-Team honoree for the first time in his career. The wingback was named to the Second-Team last year. He scored five goals along with five assists this past fall.
Mancera and Gravekamp are receiving post-season awards for the first time in their careers. Mancera appeared in all 20 games this season with 19 starts. The midfielder totaled two goals and two assists and was instrumental to ONU's central midfield all year. Gravekamp appeared in 17 matches, starting all of them. The freshman's versatility saw him play in both the backline and the midfield. He totaled a goal and two assists in his first year as a Tiger.
These six program members led ONU to their second consecutive double winning both the CCAC Tournament and Regular Season championships this year. They have the Tigers tied for the most wins in a single season with 16 and their second straight appearance in the NAIA National Tournament.

The No. 17 Tigers will travel to Columbia, Missouri after drawing the second seed in the Central Methodist Region of the NAIA Opening Rounds.
