TIGERS FALL TO NCAA DIVISION I FOE IN SPRING OPENER

DANVILLE, Ill. – In the first match of the spring season, the Olivet Nazarene women's tennis team fell 7-0 to Eastern Illinois University Saturday afternoon.

The Tigers fell short to the NCAA Division I foe in all of the matches. Natasha Nieto forced a tiebreak in the third match after taking the first set 6-2, but that was the closest ONU would get to claiming a match.

WHAT'S NEXT?

The Tigers will return to the courts in a month to open up CCAC play with a home match against St. Ambrose on March 11 at the Snowbarger Athletic Complex in Bourbonnais, Ill.
