BOTH ONU TENNIS TEAMS FALL 6-1 IN DUALS AGAINST MARIAN
BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – Playing on their home courts for the first time in 2023, the Olivet Nazarene University men's and women's tennis teams both dropped duals 6-1 to the Marian Knights Thursday afternoon.
Women: Marian 6, Olivet Nazarene 1
Nirva Patel picked up the Tigers only point with a 6-4, 3-6, 10-7 super tiebreaker win over Betija Dusele in the top singles match. Her and Natasha Nieto were crushing the top doubles match 5-0 before the match ended due to the team clinch.

2 - Savarino/Vrkic (MU) def. Chen/Zoeteman, 6-0
3 - Chrome/Muller (MU) def. Ott/Shuflit, 6-0
Men: Marian 6, Olivet Nazarene 1
Shaun Choubey and Paul Choubey teamed up to take a 6-1 win in the No. 3 doubles match, but Marian picked up the wins in the top two doubles matches to take the point.
Juan Diaz Banuls continued his hot streak with a 6-4, 6-2, 12-10 super tiebreaker win at No. 3 singles, but that proved to be the only singles win for ONU.
