TIGERS HELD TO 0-0 DRAW AT JUDSON, MARKING FOURTH CONSECUTIVE TIE

ELGIN, Ill. - Olivet Nazarene University's (ONU) women's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw on the road against Judson University on Saturday, marking their fourth consecutive tie. Despite several attacking chances, the Tigers were unable to find a breakthrough but stood firm defensively to earn another point in their ongoing conference campaign.

In the first half, both teams battled for control, with ONU pushing forward and applying pressure on the Judson defense. The Tigers created a few promising opportunities, but the Eagles' goalkeeper made crucial saves to keep the match level. ONU's defense was equally solid, preventing any significant threats from Judson's attack as the half ended scoreless.

The second half saw more of the same, with the Tigers continuing to press for a winning goal. ONU controlled possession for large stretches of the half, but despite their best efforts, they couldn't break through the well-organized Judson defense. On the other end, ONU's defense remained resolute, ensuring that the Eagles were kept off the scoresheet as well. The match ended in a 0-0 draw, with both teams settling for a share of the points.

Looking Ahead

The Tigers will return home for their next conference matchup against the Titans of Indiana University South Bend on Oct. 23rd, with kickoff set for 7 p.m. CST. ONU will look to turn their home-field advantage into a positive result as they continue their conference push.
