CAREER NIGHT EARNS DIRKSE CCAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – A career-high from Olivet Nazarene University's Olivia Dirkse has earned her Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors, the league office announced Tuesday morning.
Dirkse was tabbed the CCAC Offensive Player of the Week following her career-best 30-point effort in a 127-81 victory over Judson University on Saturday. The junior guard hit on 11 of her 17 shots from the field (.647), while also connecting on 5-of-11 three-pointers and all three of her free throws. She also produced five steals, four rebounds and two assists in the Tigers' lone game of the week.
ONU is 5-4 overall and one of only two teams perfect (3-0) in league play.
