MEN'S SOCCER FEATURE SIX PROGRAM MEMBERS IN CCAC POSTSEASON AWARDS

CHICAGO, Ill. – Olivet Nazarene's Max Jasper, Nick Kilian, and Max Schoebel have earned first team All-Conference honors for their outstanding on-the-field play this season. The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) also named Justin Eisenmann and Fabio Hasler to the second team.  The Conference also tabbed head coach Kenny Huber as the Coach of the Year.  The league office announced their selections on Monday morning.

Jasper is named to the first team for the second consecutive season. His year to date has included 23 goals, 7 assists, and 53 points. His 23 goals lead the conference and rank second in the NAIA. Jasper's 53 points are tied for the nation-lead. The junior attacking midfielder from the Netherlands has been named CCAC Offensive Player of the Week three times this season and his most memorable moment included two free-kick goals to defeat Lincoln College 2-1 back on Oct. 23, including the game-winner in overtime.

Kilian is honored as an All-CCAC member for the first time in his career. The sophomore left wing-back from Germany leads the conference and currently sits in second in the NAIA in assists amassing 17 in 19 matches played. The defender scored three times this year including the game-winner in overtime against Judson on Sep. 29 when his corner kick curled into the net to defeat the Eagles, 1-0. Kilian was awarded the week One CCAC Defensive Player of the Week award earlier this season for his performances against Cornerstone and No. 19 Spring Arbor tallying one goal, two assists, and contributing to two defensive shutouts.

Schoebel is awarded as an All-CCAC member for the first time. The senior captain central defender from Germany anchored the Tigers' backline contributing to seven shutouts this season. He started 18 out of the 20 matches this season scoring twice and assisting once. His season was highlighted with a goal and an assist in ONU's upset victory over No. 19 Spring Arbor. Schoebel scored the game-winning goal with a glancing header from a set piece and tacked on an assist in the contest as well.

Justin Eisenmann and Fabio Hasler are making their debut as second team All-Conference members. Eisenmann is a sophomore forward from Germany who scored 12 goals and registered 13 assists. His assist total ranks third in the conference and fifth in the NAIA. Hasler is a freshman right-wing-back from Switzerland who registered three goals and an assist in his first year. He earned the Week Three CCAC Defensive Player of the Week award, scoring a goal and an assist, as well as keeping the shutout in a win over Indiana University Northwest.

Head Coach Kenny Huber was named CCAC Coach of the Year for the first time in his career. In his fifth year at the helm, Huber has led the Tigers to CCAC regular season and tournament championships. ONU has tied the program record with 16 wins in a season. The Tigers have outscored opponents 70-21 accumulating an 11-1-1 home record with a 5-2 record on the road. Huber has the Tigers riding a six-game winning streak heading into the first round of the NAIA National Tournament.
