ONU SWEEPS KCAC SWIMMER OF THE MONTH HONORS
WICHITA, Kan. — Jack Fries and Allison Pearson, both of Olivet Nazarene University, were named KCAC Men's and Women's Swimmers of the Month, respectively, the conference office announced Thursday. Both student-athletes were selected for their performances from Dec. 15-Jan. 25 by a vote of conference Sports Information Directors. All KCAC Player of the Week and Swimmer of the Month honors are presented by Equity Bank.

Fries was either the champion or runner-up in all five of his individual events this month, including a first- and second-place finish against NCAA D-II opponent Davenport. He hit the NAIA provisional standard in all of his individual events.

Pearson took the top spot in all eight events she competed in over two meets, including all four events against D-II Davenport (Mich.). She hit the provisional standard in all six of her individual events. This marks the second time this season that Pearson has been named the KCAC Women's Swimmer of the Month.
