NARJIS MZIBRI GATHERS CCAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) selected Narjis Mzibri of Olivet Nazarene University women's tennis at the league's Women's Tennis Player of the Week.  Mzibri won her first such honor this season and in her career. 

 

Mzibri had a great week for the Tigers as she went 4-0 in all four of her matches played last week.  Against Grace, Narjis won her singles' match in straight sets, 6-0, 6-4, as well as her doubles' match, 6-1.  In the first conference action of the season, the Tiger senior also took her singles' match, 6-4, 6-0, and defeated the Fighting Saints in doubles' action, 6-1. 

 

The Tigers host the Fighting Bees of Saint Ambrose University on Wednesday, April 6th with the match starting at 1 p.m.
