MARA PEREZ GUILLEN TABBED AS CCAC WOMEN'S TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – Olivet Nazarene University freshman women's tennis player Mara Perez Guillen was recognized by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) as its Women's tennis Player of the Week.  The organization announced its selections on Wednesday.  This is the first Player of the Week honor for Perez Guillen. 

 

A native of Madrid, Spain, Perez Guillen had a great showing against Saint Ambrose this past week.  She won her singles match, 6-0, 6-0 and won her doubles match, with her partner Anja Mijailovic, 6-0.  Guillen Perez has not lost in her three CCAC matches this season. 

 

The Tigers host the Saints of Holy Cross College on Wednesday, April, 13th at the Park Forest Tennis Club.  The opening service is set for 11:30 a.m.
