MCMAHAN AWARDED CCAC DEFENDER OF THE WEEK

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – Olivet Nazarene University women's volleyball libero Kaitlyn McMahan was recognized by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) as she was named the Defender of the Week for the first time this season.  The league announced their selections on Tuesday morning. 

It was another stellar week for McMahan as she led the Tigers to a 2-0 record.  The Grant Park, Ill. native notched 30 digs in the straight sets win against Cardinal Stritch and 25 against Trinity Christian.  This season, McMahan has marked 30 or more digs in four matches.  On the week, McMahan also amassed nine assists and six service aces.  Additionally, in the match against Trinity Christian, McMahan surpassed 1,500 career digs.
