CHAMPLIN LEADS THE NO 13 TIGERS IN THE BETHEL XC INVITATIONAL
SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The No. 13 Olivet Nazarene University women's cross country team raced in the Bethel XC Invitational at the St. Patrick's County Park on a rain-soaked Friday afternoon. The Tigers placed ninth out of 15 teams, with 241 points.
Elise Champlin led the Tigers and was the lone ONU runner to place in the top-40. Champlin finished in 38th place and ran a time of 20:34.80. Following Champlin was Lauren Smith, who finished in 43rd place and ran a time of 20:51.20. Lindsay DiazDeLeon followed Smith crossing the finish line in 54th place with a time of 21:10.90. Mackenzie Park and Amelia Murray followed and finishing in 63rd and 65th, respectively.
