SEVENTEEN TIGERS NAMED NAIA SCHOLAR-ATHLETES

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Football Scholar-Athletes. More than 900 student-athletes were recognized, including 17 Tigers.

Andrew Cloy, Camden Lorance, Christian Mergler, Chris Boden, David Hutton, Dylan Wasson, Graham Johnson, Jake Evans, Jaden Taylor, Josh MiserKennedy Koehl, Latrell Wade, Lucas Eckles, Scott Leonard, Stephen Phelps, Titus Maunakea, and Zach Gray represented the ONU football team on the honor roll.

In order to be nominated by an institution's sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
