FIRST-PLACE FINISHES NET GIULIANO CCAC WEEKLY TRACK HONOR

CHICAGO, Ill. – A sweep of first-place finishes in his individual events has earned Olivet Nazarene University's Vince Giuliano Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) men's outdoor track athlete of the week honors. The league office made the announcement on Wednesday morning.

Giuliano captured CCAC Track Athlete of the Week accord after claiming victory in two events and being a part of a winning relay squad at the same Tiger Open.  The senior recorded two NAIA Top 5 times in the 200- and 400-meter dashes with his "A" marks.

Giuliano registered the third-fastest time in the NAIA this year in the 200-meter dash (20.97), while gaining the fifth-fastest mark in the 400 (47.29).  The 4x100-meter relay team, meanwhile, hit the "B" standard at 41.24 seconds.
