MEN’S VOLLEYBALL NAMES SIX TO NAIA SCHOLAR-ATHLETE HONOR ROLL

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Olivet Nazarene University men's volleyball team named six student-athletes to the NAIA Scholar-Athlete honor roll presented by Daktronics, the league office announced Monday.

Kyle Byers, Tomas Gonzalez, Will Kraft, Tyler Rickert, Sterling Staranchuk, and Kyle Szymanski were recognized for their efforts in the classroom this year.

In order to qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have attended one full year at the university. Click HERE for the full men's volleyball list of honorees.

In its third season as a varsity program, the ONU men's volleyball team finished the 2024 season with an overall record of 14-11 and owned the third-best mark in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) at 7-3.
