ALLIE TIMM COLLECTS FIRST CCAC PITCHER OF THE WEEK AWARD OF 2024

CHICAGO, Ill. –  Allie Timm of the Olivet Nazarene University softball team has claimed the first Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Pitcher of the Week award for 2024, the league office announced on Tuesday.

Timm captured CCAC Pitcher of the Week accord after going the distance in a 13-1 win over Missouri Baptist University on Friday.  The junior allowed just the one run on seven hits, while striking out a pair of batters.  Offensively, she went 1-for-3 and drove in two runs. 

The win was the first of the season for the Tigers (1-7), who went 1-1 on the week. The Purple & Yellow Gold will return to the diamond in Arizona for the Tucson Invitational.
