Coaching Philosophy:

I am so thankful and blessed to be able to work at an amazing university that truly puts Christ first and focuses on each student. I am excited and honored to answer God's calling for me to lead the Olivet Nazarene University softball team to more success, while appreciating the legacies and history of the program. A word that best describes my coaching style and goal as a head coach, is "Fulfillment". Not only am I here to lead the team to a National Championship, but also to see our players grow and succeed in every aspect of their lives. We push our student athletes to grow as people, grow in their faith and relationship with Christ, grow as athletes, and succeed in the classroom. We will push our student-athletes to embrace the uncomfortableness, encourage one another, and perform on and off the field. My coaching staff and I are our student-athlete's biggest fans and pour everything into them. Everything we do is to glorify God and honor Him.
