ONU GOLF LANDS FIVE ON NAIA SCHOLAR-ATHLETE HONOR ROLL

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Olivet Nazarene University men's and women's golf teams were recognized for their performances in the classroom as five total student-athletes were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes, the league office announced Monday.

Colin Elsbree and Sam Nelson were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes on the men's team while Emily Hayhurst, Alexandria Jones, and Lydia Steier earned the honor on the women's side.

In order to qualify for the honor, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Click HERE for the full men's list and HERE for the full women's list.
