ONU WOMEN'S TENNIS CONCLUDES ITS FALL SEASON AT UI-SPRINGFIELD

 SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – The Olivet Nazarene University women's tennis team competed, on Friday afternoon, against NCAA Division II foe University of Illinois at Springfield. The Prairie Stars took down the Tigers, 6-1. 

The Tigers saw a win on the doubles and on the singles side.  On the doubles side, the team of Grace Matheis and Hannah Palmer won their match, 6-3.  The Prairie Stars won the other two matches and took the doubles point.  Narjis Mzibri won a tough match over IU-Springfield's number one singles player in three sets.  Each of the first two sets went to a tiebreak.  In the third set tiebreaker, Mzibri edged out a 10-8 win.
